Terms
- Suites are available on flexible terms from a minimum initial commitment of 12 month with immediate access available if required.
- One simple monthly charge inclusive of rent, rates, service charge, building insurance, maintenance, utilities, cleaning, kitchen facilities and car parking
- Discounts are available for multiple occupancy and/or a two year minimum commitment. Please see the monthly tariff above.
Notes
1 month’s rent as a deposit and one month’s rent required on signing the licence and the rest to be paid by SO. Mandatory redecoration and any repairs of reinstatement will be taken out of the deposit on vacation of each room.
